Hi-Five Warranty, Purchase and Online Policy.

Warranty Policy
|

HiFive values its customers and always attempts to provide the
very best of service. All warranty periods indicated are from
Hi-Five, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the
manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty
periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be
longer than the warranty period covered by Hi-Five. Please refer to
the Manufacturer's website or product manuals/packing for more
information. Hi-Five is not liable for any damages resulting from
the use of its products. All warranties are subject to the purchase
policy as stated below.
Purchase policy:
- All sales are final. Credits will not be issued for any
goods purchased.
- Unless otherwise specified all new systems are sold with
a one year parts & labour warranty against defects in
material and workmanship.
- Unless otherwise specified major parts such as HDD, memory,
motherboard etc. are sold with a one year warranty.
- This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or
any physical damages caused by the customer.
- Physical damage, broken warranty seal or alteration of
serial numbers will void warranty.
- There is a service charge of $25.00 for goods returned for
warranty and found to be non-defective.
- DOA products must be reported to Hi-Five for exchange
within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- Products will be accepted for replacement only within
7 days from the day that you receive them and must be
returned in resalable condition with the original packing
including all manuals and accessories.
- Any shipping discrepancies must be reported to Hi-Five
within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- All RMA request must be accompanied with original invoice
and a brief note describing the problem or defective
symptoms.
- Software and special-ordered product s are not returnable.
- All Intel CPUs have only one-month warranty through us.
After one-month customer may contact Intel directly if still
within manufacture warranty period.
- Routers, keyboard, mice etc. have only one-month warranty
through Hi-Five. After one-month customers may contact
manufacturer directly if still within manufacturer warranty
period.
- Used products have 7 or 30 days warranty depending on the
product. We do not provide any software or support for
used products.
- For printer warranty all customer will have to contact
printer manufacturer directly. We apologize for any
inconvenience.
- Unless otherwise specified all repairs bare 30 days labour
warranty.
- No warranty on software installation.
- Unless otherwise specified all used merchandise bare 30 days
warranty.
- Logos and trademarks are copyright and the property of their
respective owners.
- Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Canadian sales taxes and shipping
and handling are extra.
- Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on
software once a package has been opened.
Extra policies for online customers:
- We do our best to have the most up-to-date and accurate
price and information on our site. In the event that an
error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel
an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the
correction.
- If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to
purchase online, please have a parent or legal guardian
make the purchase for you.
- It's easy to make a purchase at our web store. For your
convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American
Express. However, we only honour cards that have been
issued in Canada or the United States. If you would rather
not use your credit card online from your home computer,
you can have your order processed by calling our store.
- Hi-Five endeavors to provide current and accurate
information on the Website. However, misprints, errors,
inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications
for products) or other errors may sometimes occur.
Therefore we don't warrant the content of the Website
including, product descriptions, typographic or photographs
is accurate or complete.
- Hi-Five cannot guarantee that products and services
advertised on the Website will be available when ordered
or thereafter.
- Hi-Five reserves the right to:
- correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or
liability to you or any other person;
- change at any time the products and services
advertised or made available for sale on the
Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications
of such products and services, any promotional offers
and any other Website content without any notice or
liability to you or any other person;
- reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order,
including accepted orders for any reason and (d) limit
quantities available for sale or sold.
- The advertisements on our Website are invitations to you to
make offers to purchase products and services and are not
offers to sell.
- All prices and other amounts appearing on the Website are
quoted in Canadian dollars.
